Creating a restricted application link with Jira Server sharing only specific repositories Edited

We have a Bitbucket Server instance with all our projects repositories. One of our customers currently have users with access to a repository containing code for an application we are developing for them. The customer have their own Jira Server instance for project management and now we've gotten a request linking the project on their Jira to the repository on our Bitbucket. Of course we don't want them to access all of our repositories, so we are wondering if there is any way to create an application link between a Jira instance or project to a single Bitbucket project or repository.
