Creating First Pipeline - endlessly loading

We have imported a code repo from AWS CodeCommit. Now, after enabling pipeline and adding a runner we are trying to create the first simple maven Java pipeline. The screen that is supposed to show the basic template with "EDITABLE" label remains blank and goes into endless loading mode.

We tried using incognito and other browsers but nothing works.

Can you please advise?

Hi Nisarg and welcome to the community!

I would like to ask some questions to better understand the issue you are experiencing:

  • Have you enabled Pipelines from Repository settings > section PIPELINES - Settings? Or not?
  • When you select Pipelines from the left sidebar of the repo, do you see the page that allows you to select a template? And does the issue occur when you select a certain template? Or is it the page with the template options that doesn't load?
  • Are you using the latest version of a supported browser, listed here?

    https://confluence.atlassian.com/bbkb/which-web-browsers-does-bitbucket-support-1168845119.html

If so, which ones of these browsers does the issue occur with?
  • Do you have any browsers extensions installed? If so, could you disable them temporarily and see if the issue persists?
  • If there are other users with access to this repo, does the issue occur when these users try the same?

You can always commit a bitbucket-pipelines.yml file to a clone of the repository and push it to Bitbucket. You can find documentation on the configuration options here:

Kind regards,
Theodora
