Hi, 

I uploaded to many large files to my repo and have now set back those commits but now need to contact our Support team to run GC for me and I can't seem to find out how to do that.

Welcome to the Bitbucket Cloud community! :)

I've just executed a gc against the repository and it has reduced the size from 2.9GB to 392MB.

Please double check this on your end, hopefully this helps :)
