Commit History, not shown in Source File History

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hello Support,

We can find some commit from the commit-history like following, (# is d57b306, on 2017-02-07)

2017-02-13 3.07.08.png

 

But when we try to find the same commit from the source file history(like following)

we didn't see any information about #d57b306 around 2017-02-07

Any idea ?

Two most likely possibilities.

1) The file you are checking was not modified in that commit.

2) That commit is not part of the master branch. (You have the master branch selected in that screenshot).

 

Also as an FYI, this is not support, this is a public community QA site. Almost everyone who answers is a fellow user, not Atlassian staff. If both my thoughts are wrong and you suspect a bug, you'll probably have to use a different method to contact some official support.
