I am new to bitbucket. We are moving from TFS 2010 to Bitbucket. Please help me to get the solution for migrating code base from TFS 2010 to Bitbucket with all revision history, changeset and flags.

Btw. TFS 2013 has native git support.

Not sure what TFS is. Is it Git or Mercurial? If not, you'll probably have better luck researching ways to convert whatever versioning system you are talking about to Git or Mercurial (both of those will reside locally).
Once you have a Git/Mercurial repo, pushing to Bitbucket is easy.
