Client IP is not showing in Bitbucket server access logs

Hi all,

Bitbucket server access logs not showing client ips or information required for reporting. it only shows the IP of classic load balancer. The issue here is load balancer. I also came across this link here

https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserverkb/how-to-enable-client-ip-forwarding-for-ssh-sessions-by-setting-up-proxy-protocol-for-bitbucket-data-center-1131089379.html

but moving from CLB to NLB means we will have trouble with passing on http. We are after a solution to be able to pass client IP and other information to the access logs. Could someone please advise if they experience this before? or any solutions

Thank you

Mo
