CircleCi build not happening because Atlassian Bitbucket Webhooks has major outage

We are unable to launch any CircleCi build  as the Atlassian Bitbucket Webhooks has having issue with major outage. Would you please let us know when this outage will be solved or provide us with any alternative solution. Thanks Rajesh R
