I'm not sure what you mean by 'time in open session or for executions', or 'description about access'. Could you please clarify?
Apart from the standard cost of the billing plan that is based on the number of users, the additional $10 are charged:
- if you use Pipelines and go over the build minutes available for the billing plan. The additional $10 are per 1,000 additional build minutes per billing cycle.
- if you use Git LFS and go over the Git LFS storage available for the billing plan. The additional $10 are per 100 GB of large file storage.

If you still have questions about one of your invoices, you can reach out to our team that is responsible for billing and ask for clarification. You can create a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Billing, payments, and pricing" and in "Select a topic" select "Other". Please provide in the support ticket the URL of the Bitbucket workspace that the invoice concerns and also mention which invoice you have questions about. The support ticket will be visible only to you and Atlassian staff, so any information you provide there won't be publicly visible.
