Hi,
I'm using the Atlassian for VS Code extension with the RemoteSSH extension. I'd like to change the Bitbucket/JIRA username for a remote SSH connection in VS Code. How can this be done?
Best,
Sandip
Hi Sandip,
First, allow me to say that I'm not familiar with the Remote SSH extension, could you please explain how you are using it with Atlassian for VS code?
Regarding the username: when you clone/pull from/push to a Bitbucket Cloud repository via SSH, you don't specify a username. Authentication is done with the SSH keys, so it's not very clear what username you want to change and why. Do you perhaps want to connect a different Bitbucket Cloud account in VS Code? We can better help you if you could share some more details about your setup and what you are trying to achieve.
Kind regards,
Theodora
