Hello!
I get a "We couldn't log you in" message whenever trying to access Bitbucket from my Atlassian account.
I've tried different browsers and I'm not sure what else could be causing this.
I've noticed other questions where something on the service side intervenes, could that be what I need too?

The Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email as your community account was deactivated, which I believe is the reason for the error you were seeing.
I went ahead and reactivated the account, could you please check if you are able to log in now?
