Cannot log in, stuck at "we couldn't log you in"

When I attempt to log in at bitbucket.org , I'm always redirected to the "we couldn't log you in" page. I've tried disabling ublock origin and don't have any other extensions on firefox.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community.

Checking internally for the bitbucket account associated with the same e-mail used to post this question, I noticed it was in an Inactive state. I went ahead and set it to Active again, so you should be able to log in as usual now.
