Cancel Bitbucket Backup

Hi,

I tried to cancel the Bitbucket backup using the authentication token from the log but it said the cancellation token is incorrect. The progress bar always shows the same status without any progress. How should I proceed from here? My bitbucket server is 7.15

I intended to restart after I got some replies from this community. I just want to be sure I'm doing the right thing. Will my bitbucket server be working fine after restarting? Is there a possibility the service will be locked and how to overcome? Is there a risk of losing any data?
