When I try to follow the documentation, I stuck at the very first step which is "go to Settings> Slack Settings"
my slack settings for the bitbucket cloud just shows a load animation then "Oops, the app failed to load."

Can you try to install the integration on a different web browser and incognito windows just to make sure that it's not a browser or browser add-on issue that is preventing the integration installation?

Thanks for the update. I am still inclined to focus on the local environment since I can't reproduce the issue. Have you tried using a different network, such as a mobile hotspot or a different machine, to see if the issue is reproducible?
