My colleague just registered an account, his email is email@example.com
However, he cannot receive the confirmation email from you.
We tried to use other emails with other domains, they work ok.
I want to know if there is any restriction for the domain tes-tec.com ?
My account is firstname.lastname@example.org, I registered a couple of years ago… I worked fine for me.
I asked one of the engineers on the identity team to take a look at the email log. It turns out that we did send emails to that email address above and the mail server did accept the email for delivery.
It seems very likely that the issue is related to a spam filter on their end.
