Can bitbucket developer license be used in multiple instances?

Can we use the developer license in two separate bitbucket instances(different server domain and configuration)for testing?

If you will use these environments for testing only, I don't see an issue. This is the official documentation on this topic:

Atlassian supplies "developer" licenses that can be used by existing commercial license holders who wish to deploy non-production installations of our software to use in QA/staging environments.
