Can Attlassian/Bitbucket used as code escrow?

I need to provide our client with evidence that the SW that they use from us is in "escrow". Can Attlassian provide a letter/evidence indicating that our company has the following repository, (repo 1, repo 2, etc...) so we can give to our client?

I just came across your question. The best solution for your client would be a software escrow agreement that incorporated automated deposits directly from your Bitbucket repos. It is not expensive and will provide your client's the assurance they are seeking.
