Bitbucket users remaining less than expected

We have "Bitbucket (Server) 25 Users: Commercial License"., used only 18 users, but it shows only 3 users remaining.

Hi Tereza! I couldn't find your email address in our Bitbucket Cloud database, so I'll assume you're using Bitbucket Server.

Is Bitbucket explicitly showing that there are only 18 users, or is that a manual count? To make sure which users is Bitbucket counting towards the license, you could follow the steps at How do I find which users count against my Bitbucket Server license?

If it indeed says there's only 18 active users but you only see 3 spots available, please let us know so we can look into this :)

Hi Ana, thanks for helping me, but I could understand what was going on: some users (that was not listed) were in the "stash-staff" group and it counts as active users.
