Bitbucket source view shows pending PR code

When I pull up a file in bitbucket server we have running in a RHEL 7 instance it shows changes that are pending in PR's.

I noticed this because we have a saved database script and when I copy and pasted it the script failed. When I looked closer at the script it appears it contains pieces of the some of the 4 pending PR's we have.

However if I specifically select from the history drop down the most recent commit it shows the proper script.

So I'm confused as to why Bitbucket would show a file in the source view that contains pending PR's. Shouldn't it always just show the file as of the last commit?
