Hey guys,
I'm trying to use the self hosted version of Bitbucket we already have, with the Jira Cloud.
Before when I had the self hosted Jira, I used Crowd to connect and manage the users from Jira directly, now since I have turned off Jira... I have no clue how to connect to the Cloud version, and I have seen that Crowd is not supported anymore.
Can you please point me to the right direction?
Thanks,
R.
Hi @razvan.tudor, thanks for reaching out!
We have an article with the instructions for that, you can find it at Connect Bitbucket Server to Jira Software Cloud.
You can also find in-deep instructions, pictures, and troubleshooting steps in this other article Linking Bitbucket Server with Jira.
I hope that helps you! If you have any other questions or something is not working as expected, let us know and we'll continue helping you.
Cheers,
Ana
Hei Ana,
What I need, is to manage the usernames from Jira ...
I have done the linking, but the usernames are not synced, and this is what I am looking for.
Thanks
R.

Hi, thanks for clarifying that!
At the moment that won't be possible to link Bitbucket Server and Jira Cloud for user management, but we're working on it. Currently, this option is available for Jira and Confluence (not Bitbucket or Trello yet).
If you want to know more, you'll find Lauren's answer in this other thread helpful.

Lastly, here's more information about User provisioning for Atlassian.
If there's anything else you'd like to know, leave us a comment!
