Bitbucket cloud to on-Premise migration

Hi All,

We are migrating from Bitbucket cloud to on-premise.

we need your suggestions on choosing between bitbucket server and bitbucker data-center

We have around 2000+ repos and 600+ users which would be the best choice? and why?
