Bitbucket base url refused to connect

I have installed bitbucket linux server and i also accessed it but now i am trying to access the url but its showing error_connection_refused / 192.168.1.18 Refued to connect

Have you checked whether the port is in listening mode?

Check the process whether it is successfully running.

Ensure the port is open
