Bitbucket and Jira Integration

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have installed on my Windows machine, the Bitbucket application (v4.0.3) and JIRA Project Management Software (v6.4.8 # 64023-sha1: bab6790). I have also installed the Better Commit Policy plugins for both. The integration is correct, because if I upload to Bitbucket by commenting on a Jira issue, it links correctly. The problem is when I try to put a pattern for the commit comment. I have created a policy as follows:
When committing, the commit is not rejected. Anyone know what can it be? setting? Versions? Permissions?
