I can't login to bitbucket, i can login to id.atlassian.com, see my account and edit my configuration but as soon as i click on bitbucket it sends me to a error page stating:
You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was indeed deactivated, which is the reason for the error you were seeing. I went ahead and made it active so you should be able to access it now.
Can you try logging in again when you have some time, and let me know if it works?
