We have a BitBucket instance, it has a Bitbucket (Server) 10 Users: Starter License assigned.
It is running 7.17.1 LTS.
I cannot select the Plan your upgrade because the latest version does not appear as an option because the license is too close to expiring, I suspect which is why it does not show the latest version to do the upgrade checks. Instead, Plan your upgrade only shows the current version and says we are on the recommended version and more current versions cannot be seen because the drop down is greyed out.
Atlassian no longer sells server licenses. I am not sure I can get another server trial 10 user license.
We need to upgrade our test environment to address security Vul.
When I visit my.atlassian.com & review our licenses. For BitBucket, it does not give a Developer license, the option is missing unlike it does for another production environment, where it does appear.
I am not sure what to do?
I am concerned of just upgrading anyway without the Plan your upgrade checks as the current and latest is a major upgrade.
Suggestions ???

Hi Adam,
What's the expiration date of your license? You can upgrade to any version of Bitbucket Server that was released before the expiration date.
There are indeed no more Starter licenses available.
