BitBucket not accessible

I try to access to my bitbucket server this morning : and I have an error.

It's seems to be a problem with crowd,, I have a message to renew the maintenance, but I can't renew for self hosting.

Is it possible to start Bitbucket without Crown ? For accessing to my repository...

I wan't to migrate to jira and bitbucket in cloud, is it possible to migrate my self hosted bitbucket in cloud ?

You can start Bitbucket Server whether Crowd is available or not, but if your user is authenticated via Crowd you won't be able to log in.
