Will we be billed whenever a build 'hangs' due to a system error (caused by Bitbucket, according to my developer)

Hi @Wouter Salien,

Let's start by clarifying if this is Bitbucket Cloud (http://bitbucket.org) or Bitbucket Server (self-hosted on your infrastructure).

 

In case of Bitbucket Cloud, can you send the repository URL? For Bitbucket Server, can you share the installed version, the number of CPU and total memory on the server and if there are any errors and warnings in the logs?
