I don't know my password for Bitbucket and have tried to have several password reset emails sent to me, but I haven't seen any come through. My email is ewallace@wine.com. Can you help with this?

The reason why you can't request a password reset or received any password reset is that your account is managed by your organization and is using SSO/SAML for login flow.
So please reach out to your organization for assistance in resetting your account password if you still have issues to log in.
