Automatically refresh individual parts of page without refreshing the whole page

Is there a way to configure Bitbucket to automatically refresh smaller parts of the page instead of having to refresh the entire page?  This is something that works well with Github where if a build finishes or a someone else comments, the relevant parts of the page are updated without having to refresh the whole page.  On Bitbucket, you have to refresh the entire page to see if anything updated.
