Hello
Have anyone been successful in integrating Bitbucket with JSM Cloud ?
I am looking for a way to auto create a new JSM ticket when there is a merge request created in BitBucket ?
I am thinking of leveraging BitBucket webhooks, but not sure on how to integrate with JSM ?
Thanks
Majo
Hi @Majo Francis,
Thank you for reaching out to the community.
If you're using Bitbucket Pipelines and if there's a way to create JSM tickets via API, you can use Pipelines where it triggers on pull-request.
Alternatively, you can also check and see if the feature called Deployment gating of JSM is applicable to you.
Deployment gating lets you allow or prevent deployments at specific points in the change management process using a CI/CD tool that you’ve connected to Jira Service Management.
Hope it helps and let me know if you have further questions.
Regards,
Mark C
Thank you @Mark C
your answer seems promising.. let me try to explore more in those lines and get back...
Regards,
Majo
