The pricing page clearly states:
A "build minute" is one minute of machine time running a Pipelines build.
Is "machine time" based on wall clock or CPU time?
For example, I have a pipeline that kicks off a job at a cloud provider (e.g. AWS or GCP) and awaits the result. That job might take 15 minutes to complete, but for the Pipeline there is very little CPU usage (let's say 30 seconds) as the build process is mostly sleeping.
Would we be billed for 15 minutes or for 30 seconds?
