×Greetings,
It seems like all of my repos are missing and I have no idea how or where to even try and get help. It seems like there's no kind of "customer support" for BitBucket apart from suggesting to ask the community (so here I am)
To explain my situation - I've been using BitBucket for a few years or so, including the time where things had to be migrated between different accounts, so I have like 3 different accounts at BitBucket. I've not done any coding in a while, but most likely the last time was in 2020 or 2021, but when logging in with my 3 accounts, none seem to have any repositories at all. I've checked the "workspace" page and only seem to have 1 (default) workspace, which is completely empty.
Looking through my eMail inbox (for this account), it seems like the last time I updated my SSH keys / etc was back in 2020, so my guess is that this is most likely the account I was using for my projects, though like mentioned - there's no repos or anything 😅
So I wanted to ask if somebody has any idea what I could do or who (and how) I could contact for help.
I'm pretty sure that I have some kind of local backup somewhere, but since it's been probably more than a year or two since I've worked on things, I can't really remember what the last thing was I worked on, so I have no idea if the things I have locally are "up to date" or not.
[edit a few hours after posting this] I noticed that the missing Repos showed up on SourceTree (since I had used it back when I worked on my projects) and after double checking on the BitBucket website (for that specific account, which isn't this 1), they do seem to appear as well. Though that still seems very strange as I looked at that specific account earlier today (day of posting this) and it was completely empty.
No idea if the website uses some kind of cache for it or what, but yeah. Just wanted to update this since I don't see any option to delete this post / question.
Hi @Shadox and welcome to the community!
If you open a workspace with id some-workspace-id on Bitbucket Cloud, you get redirected to https://bitbucket.org/some-workspace-id/workspace/overview/. On that page, you need to select the link Repositories from the menu at the top to see all the repos of this workspace. Is it perhaps possible that you didn't select the Repositories option before?
It's good to hear that you were able to find the repos!
Kind regards,
Theodora
