We noticed recently that we are not able to log in to Bitbucket software using Admin Account. The error message shows that the admin user does not have permission to access Bitbucket software and resetting the password is not working and we receive an email regarding setting a new password but the new password is not working. In addition, no other user has admin permission to help in this case.
