Could you please open a support ticket for this issue via the following link?

In "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product. Please make sure you give the URL of the repository and the URL of the build with this issue.

The support team will be able to access your repo and check what the issue is, if there is a support ticket open for this issue.

Kind regards,
