As Perisic says, you're not the first person to report this abuse, but the more reports we send to Atllassian about malicious systems the better!
The best thing to do is report this to Atlassian directly. If you got an email from this system, please forward it to abuse@atlassian.com. There is no need to explain anything in the email, literally click "forward" and "send".
If you got told about the site by other means, then it's best to send an email to the same abuse address, with a minimal description - "bitbucket.org/dsnsgovua is hosting infected files, and this site/person told me to go there" is enough!
