I am unable to download the tar.gz file of any of my repositories. They all are returning 502 Bad Gateway errors. I can replicate this by going to https://bitucket.org/{orginization}/{repository}/get/master.tar.gz or /master.zip
Hi, everyone!
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community.
We identified an issue on our side that is preventing our customers from downloading their repositories using the download option at the moment.
Our dev team is already aware of this behavior and they are working to have it fixed, although we don't have an ETA to share at the moment.
While this is not resolved, we would like to advise you to use "git clone" instead to get the data that you need from your repository.
Kind regards,
Caroline
Hi Caroline,
Thank you for the update. I just checked and the issue looks to be resolved for our repositories today. My CI/CD pipeline relies on repository download so it would have been tricky to retool. My org is very appreciative of your team helping us getting our new release out today.
Thanks for letting us know what was going on.
Have a good one,
Eric

Hi, Eric!
Thanks for your feedback, I'm glad to know that!
The issue is resolved and the fix is already deployed into the Production. We are still monitoring the issue and will provide further updates next week.
Kind regards,
Caroline

I'm also having the same issue. I can't download the .Zip file.

Can someone with paid support log a ticket and report this as an issue?

I have started getting gateway timeouts or bad gateway responses while using Envoyer, never seen this issue before. Tried resetting the bitbucket token to no avail, not sure what else to do. Sounds like the issue is on the bitbucket side of things.
Please help.

Hi @plexus77, sorry for taking so long to get back to you.
I would like to ask if you could please create a new question for your issue, providing details on the errors you see.
We generally encourage users to create a new question for their issue instead of posting on someone else's question, because 1) the root cause and resolution may be different for each case 2) a question can become cluttered and difficult to follow if we try to troubleshoot multiple users' issues in it.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Caroline
