I built a second LAN interface into our Atlassian server.

I would also like to reach the web services at this interface.

How and where do I have to change the configuration so that the Tomcat server also provides the web services on the 2nd LAN interface? We use Jira, Confluence, Atlassian and Bitbucket.

Well, you could create a second "connector" in the Tomcat and have it listen to the second ip address, but this is not going to work.  The service only listens on one url and stuff coming into the other interface is (presumably) on a different address.  It will partially work, but things will break in a (not data corrupting, but certainly non-functional) way.
