bit bucket issue

I am writing an email on behalf of my customer. They have recently purchased Jira Confluence licence. They have a issue in the bit bucket. Please help here

For your bitbucket cloud workspace to grow with your team you have to start a subscription on a paid plan in https://bitbucket.org/luluindia/workspace/settings/plans-and-billing

The free plan is capped at 5 users.
