how to connect to a No-Sql instance inside an AWS VPC from bitbucket pipeline docker container

I have my no sql instance in AWS VPC

test classes need to access data from instance ,

but pipeline executing inside pipeline docker container are not able to connect to No-Sql instance inside the VPC ,

is there a way to configure instance access from docker container via the bastion host of VPC
