email SUBJECT with colon in string breaks pipe

A SUBJECT with a colon ":" character in the string breaks the pipe. It gives the error:

✖ Validation errors: SUBJECT:- must be of string type

an example of a string that yields this error is 'Service Resources Portal: Docs Release'.

As soon as the colon is removed from the string then the pipe succeeds.
