Where do I access pipeline variable settings?

I see in https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/variables-in-pipelines-794502608.html instructions for accessing pipeline settings for my user or team account. However, when I try to access my settings for my individual account, I see nothing related to pipelines. Am I missing something? You need to install the Pipelines addon first and then you'll be able to see a Pipelines section in the page above.

To do this go to a repo in your team account and click on 'Pipelines' in the left navigation panel.
