Ship bitbucket logs in elastic search

Hi,
I am new to Bitbucket pipelines.
I want to perform some analytics and have to build some KPI on top of my build and deployment pipelines hosted in Bitbucket cloud. Is there a way I can ship build and deployment logs into ElasticSearch or Amazon S3 periodically or real time.
Elastic search DB which I have is not bundled with Bitbucket. Its a separate instance in AWS.
