Change request for email-notify

I've created a small modification for the pipe which allows to use G Suite SMTP Relay based on IP addresses. What would be the best way to contribute my changes / proposal?

Thank you for you interest in contributing. The easiest way is to for the repository https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/email-notify and create a PR. We will review it and when it looks good we will merge it. Make sure to read the CONTRIBUTING.md document provided in the repository before creating a pull request.
