One of the user not getting notification while mentioning for a particular project. However, same user when mentioned in another JSD project seems to be working fine.(Receives Email notification).
User has browse permission and is part of issue security group.
Monitored mail queue for this user, no triggers. However, same user in different project receives notification while using mentions. Checked permission scheme and notification scheme and user profile preferences, everything seems to be okay.
Any suggestion, wondering what could be the root cause for this issue?
