bamboo encoding

I have some bamboo (server) installation with 

System encoding = Cp1251

and wheh I do some builds with bamboo in logs i have something like this:

�����஢��� 䠩���: 4.
���ઠ �஥�� "C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\bamboo-home*****" �����襭� (楫��� ��ꥪ�� �� 㬮�砭��).

���ઠ �ᯥ譮 �����襭�.
�।�०�����: 0
�訡��: 0

��諮 �६��� 00:00:02.20
����⪠ �믮����� ᡮ�� ����� �� "****.csproj".

What changes I can make for taking correct log messages (Russian language)?
