Hi Bishoy,

Does Bamboo start?

If you take a look at the logs you may see an error like the following:

2016-06-27 17:21:26,799 ERROR [localhost-startStop-1] [ServerKeyIsValid] Server key hasn't been initialized or is invalid
java.lang.IllegalStateException: No server key configured

If so, please take a look at Bamboo fails to start and throws No Server Key Configured exception and follow the diagnosis and resolution steps.

If you are able to start Bamboo and get an invalid license please verify the license in my.atlassian.com as Shannon stated and possibly provide a screenshot of the error and any relevant log snippets and we'll go from there.

Cheers,

Branden

Hi Bishoy,

When you say you reinstalled it, do you mean you reinstalled the same exact version of Bamboo that was previously supported by your license? Does the SEN have an L in its number?

Lastly, what is the Support Expires date when you look at the license information in my.atlassian.com?

Regards,

Shannon
