Unable to run pre-bootstrap upgrade tasks as your support period has ended

Hi all,

I am getting below exception since my trial licence expired. 

TimeLevelTypeDescriptionException

2018-08-07 13:04:28fatalbootstrapBamboo bootstrap failed: Unable to run pre-bootstrap upgrade tasks as your support period has ended. Please contact Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com 

I generated new licence using below link but unable to update.

While accessing my localhost:8085 I get above error. I am unable to update licence as per below procedure.

 

To update your Bamboo license key:

  1. Click the  icon in the Bamboo header and choose Overview.
  2. Click License Details (under 'System') in the left navigation panel. This will display your existing Bamboo license details.
  3. Paste your new license into License Key.
  4. Click Save New License.

 

Can any one suggest an advice ?

You can manually update your license without access to the UI using the steps in the below knowledge-base article:
