Task order in bamboo server /local agent

In bamboo cloud, when downloading artifacts before checking out a git repository, everything works ok.

In bamboo server, with a local agent, the artifacts disappear after the git repo is checked out.  Even if we've not checked the check box labeled 'Force Clean Build'.

This is a bug in Bamboo. As a workaround you can checkout into a subfolder not used by artifacts. The checkout task will then wipe the subfolder only.
