Upgraded bamboo, now requires port 8085, rather than 80.
Tried to follow upgrade docs, pointing me to do this step:
However, When I go to general settings, there is NO port #.

Looking at your description of the problem, it seems you want to access bamboo over the proxy URL - "bamboo.syncroservices.com"
If this URL is proxy then you need to configure proxy settings in Bamboo Tomcat's server.xml file and also configure your proxy settings for whatever proxy server is used here.
