In Bamboo, what is difference between local agent or remote agent?

I create 2 plans, which 1 has 3 scripts that manually create 3 containers. The other create 2 containers with the 'docker addon'. 

When i tried to execute both of them simultaneously i cant, it says that i have reached my concurrent build limit.

My license has unlimited local agents, only one remote agent. Why that message??

Can anyone help me with that?

Local agents are running on the same server like your bamboo. Remote agents are all agents that run on another server.

thanks for your reply, but how can i do to select a job to run on the remote agent?
