I want to know 2 things.
First how to create bamboo build project, not build a plan using bamboo api?
Secondly how to clone existing deployment project using bamboo API?

You can create plans remote using Bamboo Specs (a new feature in Bamboo 6).

You can only clone deployment project by accessing the clone action directly.

Hi Przemyslaw,
Thanks for your reply.
Basically We are using bamboo 5.15.5 , we are cloning plan using this api call /clone/{projectKey}-{buildKey}:{toProjectKey}-{toBuildKey}

1. I want to just know is there any way using rest API to create Project and so after that, we can clone existing plan into that project.
2. After cloning plan is rest api provide methods to change Plan name & Plan description ?

IIRC, both are only possible in Specs.
